Ex-CEO, Tata Steel Europe - his core expertise is in manufacturing, supply chain, business transformation with a proven track record in successful value creation. Over half a century of achievements including turnaround of the Strip Division UK of Tata Steel.
23 years of experience including customer relationship management, business strategy management, operations management, strategic technical analysis, project planning, delivery management, customizing products and quality management. Managed a $20M business within the service provider industry, and set up and headed multi-dimensional Program Management Offices.
Over 30 years of rich overseas and indigenous experience in enterprise systems encompassing manufacturing, distribution and retail in big brand names such as Ashok Leyland, RAMCO Systems, Unilever and Pepsico. A keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated success in SCM systems implementations.
35 years of experience with multinationals such as L&T, Voltas and former Vice President at Reliance Industries. Ravi specializes in Industrial Engineering, Training & Development, Management, Value Engineering, HR and Coaching from reputed institutions. His area of expertise is Human Resource Development, Coaching and Learning & Development.
Over 38 years of experience as a highly accomplished metallurgist, headed Sunflag Steel in India and Group CEO and country head Nigeria for over 25 years. Roles include Chief Technical Executive and Vice-President Marketing for textile and steel mills. Nominated for the Prime Minister's National Metallurgist Day Award.
Former Trade Commissioner to the Govt. of Denmark since last 19 years, and overall, 20 years of International Business Development and consulting experience. Reporting directly to the Danish Ambassador in India & Ministry in Denmark, Harish brings extensive sales / business development and strategy development experience.
He was instrumental in getting Private Equity Participation in garment industry, largest debt structuring in garment industry in 2009, got factoring services of companies based out of US to India in 2011.
